Nominating supports Friends in learning the tasks of the meeting and exploring members’ skills, gifts, and growing edges, by recording the roles, statements of scope, and new appointments, noticing and naming members’ gifts, and seeking roles in the meeting to nurture those gifts and helps grow our spiritual lives and community.
